Frequently Asked Questions

We have tried to answer our sellers most frequently asked questions however there may be special circumstances associated with the sale of a property.

If you have a question we did not cover here, please reach out to us via call, text or email.

I receive offers for my property all the time, why should I choose Redbud Investment Properties?
Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you, the land owner. This is not just another land deal to us. Each transaction is handled carefully and respectfully, as if we were in your shoes.
I dont want to submit my property through this site, can I call instead?
Absolutely! Give us a call. If we don’t answer, please leave a message and we will return your call within 48 hours.
How do you determine your offer price for my property?
We consider the location, terrain, road access, utility connections, parcel size, closing costs and other factors and compare them to other properties in the area.
Due to the fact that we are real estate investors, we have to buy all of our property at a discount – otherwise our numbers simply won’t work out. However, we typically pay out a lot more than other land investors, so if you have an offer on the table from someone else, we’d love an opportunity to try and outbid them.
What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?
Entering the property information up-front speeds up our process, which speeds up your process. It allows us to evaluate your property and determine the offer price, before we reach out to you.
Is there a cost for your services?
No. Any and all costs to close on the deal are covered by Redbud, including your unpaid taxes. We factor these costs into our offer price to you. You simply complete the form, sign the deed, and collect your cash.
How quickly can you make me an offer?
Once you complete the form or provide the property information over the phone, we will respond with an offer within 72 hours.
How did you get my contact information?
We receive all of our information from the county in which your property is located. All private property owners are registered with the county assessor and county recorder. This information is public and available to those who request it.
How do I get paid for my property?
Most transactions close within 10-15 business days, but some take up to 2 months, dependent on if a title agency is necessary and how quickly the title agency can do their research. Once we agree on the win-win price, the title company then has to research the chain of title by accessing information located at the county. Some counties are quicker than others in helping the title companies do this research. It is in the interest of all parties to complete the transactions as quick as possible. Upon completion of their research, the title agency sends you the final documentation for signature. Once signed, the transaction is funded by us and you receive your money at the same time we take possession of the property.
